About Vital Nest
Vital Nest provides health coaching, general health and wellness education, lifestyle-support services, educational resources, and, when available, culinary or food-related services.
Services may be offered virtually or in person and may include individual coaching, group programs, workshops, courses, speaking engagements, digital resources, meal preparation, culinary education, and related offerings.
Health Coaching Scope
Vital Nest provides health coaching and general health education designed to support sustainable lifestyle and behavior change.
Health coaching is educational and supportive in nature. It is not medical care, mental health counseling, dietetics, medical nutrition therapy, or another licensed healthcare service.
Vital Nest does not diagnose, treat, prescribe for, or cure any disease, injury, or medical condition. Information provided through coaching, educational materials, recipes, videos, courses, or this website is not a substitute for individualized medical advice or treatment.
Always consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional regarding medical symptoms, diagnoses, medications, supplements, treatment decisions, dietary restrictions, or changes to your healthcare plan.
Vital Nest is not an emergency service. If you believe you are experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, call 911 or seek appropriate emergency care.
Client Responsibility
You are an active participant in your coaching experience and remain responsible for your own choices, actions, and wellbeing.
Decisions concerning your health, medical care, nutrition, medications, supplements, exercise, and treatment should be made in consultation with your physician or other appropriately qualified healthcare professionals.
You agree to provide information that is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge and to communicate any concerns that may affect your safe participation in a service or program.
No Guarantee of Results
Every individual is unique. Experiences and outcomes depend on many factors, including personal circumstances, participation, consistency, health status, and factors outside Vital Nest’s control.
Although coaching is designed to support meaningful lifestyle change, Vital Nest does not promise or guarantee any particular health, financial, professional, or personal result.
Testimonials and examples reflect individual experiences and should not be interpreted as promises that another person will achieve the same outcome.
Eligibility and Minors
You must be at least 18 years old to independently purchase services or enter into an agreement through this website.
Services for a person under 18 require the involvement and authorization of a parent or legal guardian and may be subject to additional agreements or requirements.
Scheduling and Participation
Appointments and programs are subject to availability. You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and attending scheduled sessions at the agreed time.
Cancellation, rescheduling, attendance, and communication expectations may be presented during booking or established in a separate Coaching Agreement, membership agreement, program description, or service policy.
If a separate written agreement applies to a particular service, that agreement controls if it conflicts with these general website Terms.
Payment
Fees are due according to the pricing and payment terms shown at the time of scheduling, enrollment, ordering, or purchase.
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable charges.
Prices, payment plans, membership terms, and included services may vary by offering. Applicable terms will be disclosed before purchase or enrollment.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation, rescheduling, refund, and membership-termination terms may vary depending on the service, program, product, or event.
The policy displayed during booking or purchase, or contained in a separate signed agreement, will apply to that transaction.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, completed coaching sessions, delivered services, downloaded materials, and accessed digital content are not refundable.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot legally be waived.
Vital Nest Kitchen and Food-Related Services
When culinary or food-related services are offered, you are responsible for informing Vital Nest of known food allergies, intolerances, dietary restrictions, or other relevant concerns before ordering or receiving food.
Vital Nest cannot guarantee that food will be completely free from a particular ingredient or allergen unless that commitment is expressly confirmed in writing.
You are responsible for following any storage, refrigeration, reheating, handling, and use instructions provided with food products.
Recipes, meals, juices, and culinary education are offered for general nourishment and enjoyment. They are not medical nutrition therapy and are not intended to treat or manage a medical condition.

Information provided through this website, coaching sessions, courses, recipes, videos, social media, presentations, downloads, or other Vital Nest materials is provided for general educational purposes.
